Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

Quiet TownP ships to addresses and P.O. boxes in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or hotels.

US orders $100 and over ship for $5. Under $100, checkout shows the live rate. Allow about 24 hours for processing. We ship Monday–Friday. Transit is typically 2–7 business days.

After a parcel leaves, a confirmation with a tracking number goes to the order email. Once it is with the carrier, tracking is the customer’s to follow.

If you send a gift to someone else, delivery at that address completes the order.

2. International

International orders go through our cross-border partner. Duties, taxes, and extra time belong to the recipient. Some materials cannot travel every route; we will write if a SKU is blocked.

3. Returns

Eligible unused items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Sun Shower is exchange-only. Write us for a label. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.

4. Availability and pre-orders

Stock moves. A pre-order date on the product page is an estimate, not a guarantee.

5. Photographs

Studio photos and room shots are as close as we can get on a screen. Dye lots and light will still shift a shade.

6. Prices, shipping, and tax

USD throughout. Tax is calculated at checkout where required. Shipping is shown before you pay.

7. Payment

Card checkout is processed at the time of order. We do not store full card numbers on this site.

8. Accounts

An account is optional. Guest checkout works. Keep your login to yourself if you make one.
