Returns happen. Start here, then write us so we can send a label.

Sun Shower curtains are exchange-only. A $5 swatch card shows the color at home and applies toward the curtain.
Begin an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The piece needs to be unused and in original condition. We provide US return and exchange labels.
For a refund-eligible item, write within 15 days. No pet hair, stains, or strong odors.
Packages must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the label.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Orders placed between November 24 and December 24 get an extended holiday window, noted on the packing slip.
Once a parcel leaves with the carrier on the way back, the customer is responsible for that transit.
Merchandise sent back without our consent may take a 10% restocking fee.
