These terms are an agreement between you and Honey & Hem LLC (“Quiet TownP,” “we,” “us”) for the website at https://quienttownhome.online and the products sold there. Using the site means you have read them, along with the Privacy Policy.

1. Service

The site lets you browse and buy bathroom and home textiles and related objects.

2. License

We grant a limited, revocable license to use the site for shopping. Quiet TownP content stays ours. Do not copy, scrape, or resell it.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a contract in your jurisdiction. If you shop for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

4. Account

Keep passwords private. You are responsible for activity under your login.

5. Product availability; quantity

We may limit quantities and refuse orders that look automated or resale-driven. Sold-out items can return without notice.

6. Prices, shipping costs, and taxes

Prices are USD. Shipping and tax appear at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel those orders.

7. Payment

You authorize the charge when you place the order. Failed payments cancel the order.

8. Shipping policy

See Shipping and Returns. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes the parcel.

9. Refund policy

See Returns. Sun Shower is exchange-only. Unused eligible items: 15 days from delivery.

10. Jurisdiction

The shop is operated from New York, United States.

11. Access

We may change, pause, or close parts of the site for maintenance or other reasons.

12. Rules of conduct

Do not attack the site, harvest other customers’ data, post unlawful content, or use the shop to send spam.

13. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

14. Third-party content

Press quotes, stockist names, and embedded tools belong to those parties.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is.” Product descriptions aim to be accurate; dye lots and screens still vary.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Honey & Hem LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct damages are capped at the amount you paid for the order at issue.

17. Indemnification

You will defend us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

18. Governing law

New York law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in New York courts unless the law requires otherwise.

19. Entire agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the policies linked from the footer are the whole agreement.

20. Assignment

You may not assign these terms. Honey & Hem LLC may assign them in a sale of the business.

21. Amendment

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Keep reading them.

22. General

If a clause cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. A missed enforcement is not a waiver.
