Keep Your Towel Clean

Wash new towels once before the first shower. Use a moderate detergent, skip fabric softener (it coats the yarn), and tumble low or line dry.

If a towel picks up mildew smell, rewash with a cup of white vinegar, then a regular cycle. Do not leave wet towels in a ball.
