Lido Clay Placemat

Set of 2, color-blocked canvas placemat made from a Lido shower curtain. These particular up-cycled curtains contained small irregularities that prevented us from selling them with the rest of our production. Rather than throw them away, we were able to repurpose them for our collaboration with West Elm.

No two mats are the same so you might find that the set you receive varies in color-blocked proportion.

14″x19″

Colors: Peach, Terracotta

Care: Machine wash cold, tumble dry. Iron to remove wrinkles.

Lisa and Michael started the studio because bath mats and shower curtains were things you needed and rarely loved. Canvas curtains are still sewn in Brooklyn. Color stories now pick up California light, too.

We only make daily objects: curtains, towels, rugs, hampers, organizers. Partners are chosen for accountability, kindness, and materials we can stand next to.
